All customers are sent tracking number via email or phone (depending on what they provided at checkout). In case of phone, please check your SMS. If you provided your email at checkout, please remember to check spam folder.

Please note all orders received before 2 pm are dispatched the same day. Normally, all cash on delivery (COD) shipments are delivered in three to four working days. Sometimes, owing to unforeseen circumstances, deliveries may get late. We do everything to make sure all our customers get their shipments as early as possible. For this reason, we use multiple courier companies in Pakistan.
